Limestone is a common soft rock, but also the raw material of many soft rock crushing production lines. Today, we will take limestone as an example to explain the configuration of soft rock crushing production line.

As an important constrction material mining has a long history, in modern industry, limestone is the main raw material of cement, lime and calcium carbide, and also an indispensable flux limestone in metallurgical industry. High quality limestone after ultrafine grinding, is widely used in papermaking, rubber, paint, coating, medicine, cosmetics, feed, sealing, bonding, polishing and other products in the manufacturing.

Proposal of Limestone Production Line
Generally divided into feeding, crushing, screening, transportation, raw materials through the hopper to vibrating feeder and to the crushing equipment for the first coarse crushing, the material by belt conveyor after delivery to the second equipment (fine), the crushed material is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt machine for screening, and the material larger than the required size will be returned to equipment for second crushing again, the final material after the vibrating screen is the finished material. If the grain shape is not good enough, we can install the vertical shaft impact sand making machine at last for shaping, so that the grain shape of the broken material is more rounded.
