The universal magnetic separator is also known as the wet drum magnetic separator. It is one of the most widely used and versatile models in the industry and is suitable for the separation of materials with magnetic differences.
Application: used for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with a particle size of less than 3mm. It can also be used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials.

Dry magnetic separator, namely dry permanent magnet drum magnetic separator, is a high-efficiency magnetic separator developed by our company. The strong magnetic field enables the drum magnetic separator to successfully separate medium and weak magnetic minerals.
Application: separation of weakly magnetic minerals.

The high-gradient magnetic separator is a new type of high-efficiency magnetic separation equipment, which can take into account the grade of concentrate and metal recovery rate, reduce the grade of tailings, and the separation index can be flexibly adjusted according to needs.
Application: It is suitable for the roughing and sweeping of metal ores and the purification of non-metallic ores.
Advantages: high background field strength and high magnetic field gradient.
The magnetic separator is used to recycle the powdered granules to remove iron powder, etc. The magnetic separation is mainly carried out by the phenomenon of magnetic stirring when the drum rotates. Non-magnetic particles and magnetic particles are attracted to the surface of the drum by the magnetic force in the magnetic field. Due to the difference in magnetic force, the non-magnetic and weakly magnetic particles will fall off in different throwing trajectories, and the particles finally adsorbed on the surface of the drum are the concentrates. As the drum turns to the weaker magnetic side of the magnetic system, it is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the flushing water sprayed from the discharge water pipe, and finally leaves the magnetic field.
